Rollerskool - The fun after school education provider, proving rollersports as a education programme is not only possible! Its successful!  

Rollerskool provides classes from zero to advanced skaters. It is an internationally recognized inline skate school program. Registered and accredited by the ICP, Inline Certification Program International, Rollerskool provides professional standard inline skate classes ensuring everyone gets the opportunity to access an awesome first time experience. Whether the skaters are completely new skaters or advanced skaters, our experiences are designed to help you have fun on skates. 

Established in 2016, Rollerskool has had the pleasure of immediately becoming an after school activity at the British School Jakarta. An award winning international school in Jakarta Indonesia. Rollerskool quickly became a program we could deliver to other schools reaching 9 schools by the end of 2020. 

Pandemic 

The pandemic hit and we lost all sessions in all schools. This gave us the opportunity to explore technological solutions to help us construct our internal structure better. We explored more how to build training, certifications and manage customer experiences better with cloud based tools and technologies.

The scalable International Inline Skate School Program

Rollerskool is spearheading the development of Sports Education Technology due to the efficacy we are experiencing by using technology as a pillar to scale Rollerskool’s operations. We have almost tripled our maximum student count per week prior to the pandemic and we are constantly growing in numbers with discussions of setting up in another country soon. 

Development Hierarchy

Rollerskool as a sports education activity provider has learnt that developing well designed education structures for both students and coaches helps manage development and growth. This is crucial in sustaining momentum needed to reach the objectives set within the next few years. 

Vision 

Rollerskool’s vision is to be the lead Roller Sports Education Provider Program that is available worldwide. Every country has a local partner and operates classes in cities around the world. 

Unique Position 

PT Autory Muda Indonesia has proven that Rollersports has a unique position as a business compared to other sports and entertainment sectors. It is relatively high risk, it has a deep learning curve for customers and it is service heavy. Most customers want to be served to and listened to in every session. 

This creates a higher barrier of entry for many businesses to compete with since the level of training needed to ensure standardized class execution is high and consistent. The level of service needed to really execute a rollersports service concept well has to be at the same level of a 5 star hospitality experience or a top tier theme park experience.

We are committed to building this ecosystem and we are grateful for our own progress. Our record of building Rodi , Racetots and Dunia Inline Skate that support Rollerskool in one way or another is testament that we are here for the long haul and we aim to get better everyday. 

Rollerskool is in the development stage of an international holding company set to host the partnerships needed to develop its vision. We are going to be multinational. We are setting ourselves up to scale globally. 

Technology 

Autory Muda Indonesia is serious about developing technologies that help improve our customer experience and student development. As we are currently engaging in technology that exists we are making sure that we are up to date with adjacent industry technologies. 

Soon we will be investing in new technologies that can help bridge gaps and problems that our coaches, customers and students face every session.
